Professional Care for Every Surface in Your Home

Tile, grout, stone, carpet, hardwood and upholstery all need different techniques to clean safely and effectively. Here's how to find the right one — and the difference between cleaning, repair, and restoration.

Our Services

Residential Tile, Carpet & Surface Cleaning

Every service we offer for homes throughout Pasadena and Southeast Houston, in the order our customers ask about them most.

Clean hexagon tile and grout after professional deep extraction cleaning Tile & Grout Cleaning

Mopping cleans the surface of tile but leaves porous grout lines untouched. Our professional agitation-and-extraction process lifts embedded soil out of the grout itself, restoring kitchens, bathrooms and entryways throughout Pasadena and Southeast Houston without harsh scrubbing or replacement. Grout sealing is available afterward to help the results last longer.

Professionally cleaned carpet after hot water extraction Carpet Cleaning

Hot water extraction flushes embedded soil, allergens and pet-related staining out of carpet fiber rather than just cleaning the surface. We treat high-traffic paths, spots and full rooms for homes and apartment turns across our Southeast Houston service area, using the same hot water extraction process on every job regardless of size.

Professional upholstery cleaning on a sectional sofa Upholstery Cleaning

Couches, sofas, sectionals, loveseats and upholstered chairs absorb everyday oils and soil that vacuuming can't reach. We evaluate each fabric's material and construction before cleaning, since not every upholstery type responds the same way to the same process. We're upfront if a piece isn't a good candidate for cleaning before we start.

Professional cleaning machine cleaning a patterned residential area rug Area Rug Cleaning

Area rugs take on the same soil as wall-to-wall carpet, concentrated into a smaller space. We evaluate material and construction first — well suited to common synthetic and low-pile rugs, with specialty pieces like antique, Persian or hand-knotted wool rugs referred out honestly to a specialist rather than risk the material.

Shower restoration for tile and stone dulled by soap scum and hard water Shower Restoration

Showers accumulate soap scum and hard-water mineral buildup faster than any other surface in the home. We deep clean and restore shower tile, grout and stone, with grout sealing available afterward to help protect the results longer. We don't perform mold remediation, and will refer you to a licensed specialist if that's what a shower actually needs.

Natural stone polishing before and after comparison Stone Polishing

Marble, travertine and limestone lose their shine from foot traffic and acidic spills over time. Honing levels out scratches and etch marks, then polishing restores clarity and depth — a full restoration process, not just a surface clean. We treat marble, travertine and limestone differently, since each stone responds differently to the same methods.

Professional hardwood floor cleaning example Hardwood Floor Cleaning

Hardwood needs tightly controlled moisture to avoid damaging the finish, which is exactly where store-bought products and steam methods can go wrong. Our process lifts soil and residue safely without sanding or refinishing the floor itself. If your floor genuinely needs refinishing rather than cleaning, we'll tell you plainly instead of attempting a service that won't solve it.

Countertop cleaning and restoration before and after Countertop Cleaning & Restoration

Granite, marble and quartzite each need different care, and using the wrong product is a common way countertops get damaged rather than cleaned. We identify the actual material first, then clean, polish and seal it appropriately, since granite, marble and quartzite each have different sensitivities to the products used to clean them.

Tile repair for cracked or loose tile Tile Repair

A cracked or loose tile can let moisture underneath and lead to bigger problems if left alone. We inspect the damage, check for substrate issues, and give you an honest plan — including realistic expectations on matching existing tile, since dye lots and discontinued tile lines aren't always available for a seamless match.

Professional air duct cleaning example Air Duct Cleaning

Dust, pet hair and debris accumulate in ductwork over years of normal HVAC operation. We clean accessible supply and return ducts as routine maintenance — we won't claim it cures allergies or prevents illness, only that it addresses visible buildup as part of your home's regular maintenance, alongside dryer vent cleaning for the rest of your home's airflow.

Dryer vent cleaning before and after Dryer Vent Cleaning

Lint builds up inside dryer vents over time, restricting airflow and making your dryer work harder than it should. We clear the vent line to help restore normal drying efficiency — honest maintenance, not a fire-prevention guarantee. Longer dry times or a dryer that runs hotter than usual are common signs it's time to check the vent line.

Why Restore Instead of Replace

Most Surfaces Have More Life Left Than You'd Think

Grout doesn't have to be replaced to look new again. Carpet doesn't always need to be torn out. Stone that's lost its shine can often be honed and polished rather than replaced. Before you budget for a renovation, it's worth finding out what professional cleaning and restoration can actually do.

Choosing the Right Service

Cleaning, Repair, or Restoration?

These terms get used loosely online. Here's what they actually mean and how to tell which one your project needs.

Cleaning

Removes soil, residue and buildup from a surface that's structurally sound. This is most tile, grout, carpet, hardwood and upholstery work — no material is added or removed, just properly extracted.

Repair

Fixes physical damage — a cracked tile, loose grout, a chip. Cleaning won't fix a crack, and repair won't fix years of embedded soil. They're different jobs, sometimes done together.

Restoration

A deeper process for surfaces that have lost their finish or shine — honing and polishing dull stone, or reviving heavily soiled grout with color sealing. More involved than routine cleaning.
